Reading book on iPhone in landscape mode on a stand; can I use my watch to turn the pages?

Surely there is some way or some app for this. I tried using control devices from the watch in accessibility; but it can't turn ibook pages.

Controlling Libby App I'm a wallpaper contractor. I read books from the library via the Libby App on my iPhone using Powerbeats Pro ear pods while I work. Until recently, when I was 'reading', there would be a simple control on the watch face that allowed me to pause/play and rewind/fast forward 15 seconds. Recently, it disappeared, and I can't find out how to restore that function. Is anyone familiar with this problem and how to resolve it? Thank you in advance. -Donagh
