Smart Album Criteria - "Text" Criterion?

In the MacOS Photos Smart Album setup, when choosing from the first dropdown (below "match the following conditions"), what exactly does choosing "Text" do?

I'd love it if it was a general catch-all that searched for a text phrase within any of the text-based values (filename, title, caption, keyword, etc), but that doesn't seem to be the case.

(In case it's not clear, I'm talking about the dropdown that has these as choices:

Album, Date Captured, Date Added, Caption, Filename, Keyword, Person, Photo, Text, Title
