MS Office 365 and PDF documents print out blank !?!?

My MS Office 365 Word and PDF documents print out blank

I believe my printer is printing out blanks because the problem began when I upgraded my MacOS from Catalina to Big Sur. My research has discovered that many MacOS upgrades contain "bugs" that affect 3rd party apps. At this point I am considering downgrading back to the Catalina MacOS in an effort to restore my printer back its original setup and be able to print. Apparently the Big Sur MacOS has issues with my MS Office 365 app and I'm tired of trying to diagnose why Big Sur won't work with MS Office 365. Bummer .....

Did you try reinstalling the printer and Microsoft 365? I've used Microsoft 365 with Catalina, Big Sur, and Monterey, and haven't had any issues printing with my HP printer, though I suspect I've had to reinstall the printer at least once during those transitions.

All of the above - based on my research the Big Sur MacOS apparently is very "buggy" and many people on-line have voiced similar complaints. As much as I hate to waste more time with Apple on-line tech support I will reopen the case I started yesterday. If all else fails I will unload Big Sur and reload Catalina
