I have office 365 on my Mac and I think word isnscrew up. It will not preview it will not print on 2 printers and both printers have been reloaded. I just switched to Mac in July so I'm still learning.

You should ask Microsoft support , they have a whole site dedicated just for Office 365 for Mac:
