My IPhone glitched and around 5-7 apps disappeared off my home screen. I looked in the app library and even searched them and none of them showed up. When I went into the app store and looked them up, each one just said "open" and once I did, they would show up back again, The problem however, the Settings app is not in the app store! I have no idea how to get it back.

the problem fixed itself overnight!! my settings and photo app are back where they were.
