After upgrading to Monterey 12.6 why is msn.com not secure

There are likely a lot of reasons MSN.com is not secure, but are you referring to the website and the https protocol?
If so, perhaps their certificate has expired or is not trusted. I think if you click on the "lock" icon, it will explain why it isn't secure.
FWIW, http://www.msn.com/ is not secure https://www.msn.com/ is secure.
