I have a new Apple laptop. I want to import all my Notes pages from the backup of my old MacBook Air laptop to the new MacBook Air laptop. How do I do this? What would be the extension for these pages?

Did you have a Time Machine backup of your old Mac or were you backing up your data by another means?
