How can I get back to ios15 ?

ios16 has rendered my touch screen absolutely unusable as soon as the download was finished!!! All i can do is get Siri to open my apps! How do I downgrade because this is absolute ridiculous. I'd use much stronger language if I knew I wouldn't get banned. I'd fill up this whole fricking window!

iPhone12 mini, to downgrade from ios16.6 ! ios 16.6 is very unsatisfactory - no facial recognition; and problem opening new internet pages on Data alone even when Roaming is on; very slow opening an internet page on Data, and sometimes does not open at all, and have to access WIFI !! Want to know how to get back to previous ios: ios15 or ios15.1 Please

You can't go back to 15.

Update to 16.0.2. Maybe that helps.
