Compatible Apps for your iPad must be installed from the Apple App Store. Here is a link to the Booking.com App:

Note, however, that some Apps are not necessarily available in all geographic regions.

When attempting to install the App from the App Store, do you see any errors or messages that suggest why you are having difficulties?
