Message filters new addition in IOS16

I purchased iPhone 13 mini@USA when visited June 2022

now I am in India. Update last week to IOS

msg not filtering with new filters finance, transactions etc.

but My daughter bought same iPhone in India she also got the same and update to latest version as above she is getting this feature working.

Any one help on this please
