Physical to digital SIM card
When switching from iPhone XS (physical SIM card) to 14 Pro (digital SIM card), should I keep my physical SIM card or do I send it with my XS for trade-in?

the only purpose the sim have is to tie your phone to your contact with your carrier,
it's not something you should ever give to anybody apart from your carrier if you want rid of it
