Touchbar is disappearing after clicking expand in Control Strip
Whenever I want to maximize (expand) Control Strip, touchbar is going blank.

Hmmm....
The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.6 — I would start there.

try delete com.apple.touchbar.agent.plist in ~/Library/Preferences and restart
