Store cards not showing up in Apple Watch wallet after but they were on my old series 4
Will they turn up eventually?

Make sure that you don't have expired passes set to off
From your iPhone>Setting>Wallet & Apple Pay>Hide Expired Passes>Toggle this off
Also make sure that you have Wallet turned on in iCloud
From your iPhone>Setting>your name>Apps using iCloud(you may have to tap show all)>Wallet>Toggle this on
also toggle on Watch from the same location
