Apple music family sharing
Hi team,
I’ve got a problem with my apple music family sharing. Even though I’m subscribed to a family, the subscription isn’t shared. How can we fix that?

Being able to share your Apple Music subscription with your family sharing group is such a nice way to enjoy music together. We can definitely help you figure this out. The first thing that we'd recommend is making sure that the user sharing their subscription is set up with a Family subscription plan in Apple Music. This would be different than a single user plan. If they do have a Family subscription plan, let's make sure that they are sharing that subscription with the members of your group by following the steps here: Share Apple and App Store subscriptions with family members on iPhone - Apple Support
