how do i get permission to delete apps that are already set in the application?

i have tried many ways to delete apps like apple tv, podcast and others, but it doesn't seem to work. The 'X' doesn't occur when i hold the option button. I tried getting 'info' from the application and going to 'permission' down below the tab while changing it to "read and write" on admin even when it was already set like that, but u know, u never know if it works, so i gave it a try. That was fail. I've tried using the search bar in application (in the second picture). But when i select all of it and put it in the bin, it doesn't show up in the bin, nor does it disappear. Furthermore, i tried using "App-cleaner", hoping it would work. SIKE, it doesn't. It only says ( first picture):

Which actually, i have tried to do multiple times ( explained in the third sentence)

I tried searching on youtube and google but nothing relevant shows up.

PLEASE HELP!
