My MacBook got stolen, but I don’t have it listed on my iPhone so I can’t track it, how can I get the serial number ?

Read If your Mac is lost or stolen - Apple Support and Mark a device as lost in Find My on Mac - Apple Support.

The serial number will not help you find it.
