Macbook pro 2021 Unstable internet

If "Steam" app / website is your issue I would contact their support.

You can always try a different browser....

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

all known to cause issues on the macOS

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

Try disabling IPv6: System Preferences -> Network -> [Select your network interface in left column] -> Advanced -> TCP/IP -> IPv6 -> Link-Local Only
