Unable to activate my iPhone after reset.

I erased all content from my iPhone 7 and restarted it. However, it shows “Unable to Activate” An update is required to activate your iPhone. And “Shutdown”.

Even after multiple shutdown and connecting my iPhone 7 to wifi network, no activation is noticed.

Kindly help please.
