I wanna re-download something but “ Verification Required. Tap Continue and sign in to view billing information. “ is really getting on my nerves. when i connect it, it always say (09663368599 Failed) and there is a message saying “you dont have enough Cash to buy P298” Something like that and than it takes all my money away? i was like Na-uh you aint takin money hon and it did it again so i have like P0.50on my Gcash app now

It is possible that maybe the credit card on the account is expired
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
Apple will basically ignore an expired credit card, until you try to download something, then they want that info updated.
