My iPad is disabled

It shouldn’t be this hard to activate my iPad just because i forgot the lock screen password. I get that you are doing this for security but there should be more ways to do this for example directly communicate with me and get my permission to open my device again, you have the control. I don’t wanna lose my data too

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.


Apple doesn't have the control and cannot recover the data from a disabled unit. The owner is supposed to back it up.
