It shouldn’t be this hard to activate my iPad just because i forgot the lock screen password. I get that you are doing this for security but there should be more ways to do this for example directly communicate with me and get my permission to open my device again, you have the control. I don’t wanna lose my data too

You'll have to follow Niel's instructions, which, to be clear, will erase the iPad. There's no way around it, and not even Apple can recover your data.
