How can I add bicycling, weight lifting and other forms of movement exercise to walking, hiking and running to Apple Fitness app in iOS 16?.

Within the fitness app on my iPhone, I could not find a way to add bicycling or other forms of exercise to the existing forms that are measured such as walking, hiking, and running. I would like to know if that’s possible, and if so, how.

Cycling, Weight Lifting and other forms of activities, including Walking and Hiking are available and measured from an Apple Watch. You are correct, those activities are not available to be measured by using the iPhone.
