Can the Watch Ultra be tracked after the battery dies?

The iPhone is able to be tracked in FindMy even after the battery dies. My Series 7 does not do this. I’ve lost it before and it just showed the last location of my iPhone and not the watch. Does the new Watch Ultra have this findable feature like the iPhone even after the battery dies?
