Why does my own music playlists from MY Apple ID keep getting synced/merged or copied onto another person's Apple ID, despite never making playlists?

Greetings. I sometimes happen to borrow a relatives' iPhone 12 Pro Max, & took the time to sign out of her Apple ID, while signing onto my Apple ID. Sometimes, I would buy music from iTunes, & use it to make my own music playlist on Apple Music.

Here's the problem: Sometimes, whenever I sign out of my Apple ID, then sign back onto her Apple ID (followed by the old passcode), all of a sudden, my music & my playlists happens to be synced/merged or copied onto her Apple ID account, despite her never purchasing anything from iTunes or making any music playlists whatsoever. And we don't use either Home Sharing or Family Sharing.

Is this a bug? How do I fix this problem? We have our own iClouds, by the way.

Hello SpaceCrystal.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. If you sign in with your Apple ID on another device that isn't yours, purchases and other data could merge on to that device. It is strongly recommended that you don't share your Apple ID, as mentioned here: Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support

If you share your Apple ID with a family member, certain services will treat you as the same person. You might see these issues:
Apple Music family subscription: Instead of receiving your own membership with your own library, you’ll share a library and recommendations with the other family member.
App Store, Apple Books, and iTunes purchases: If Family Sharing is ever stopped, the owner of the shared Apple ID will keep all purchases. You might lose access to everything in the account, including purchases you initiated.
Apple Podcasts, Apple Books: Podcast episodes and bookmarks might sync according to the other family member’s preferences or be accidentally deleted.
Messages: You might receive text messages that are intended for your family member.
Fitness: You might see Health details, Workouts, and Fitness+ recommendations intended for your family member.

Just in case, this resource has more details on how to properly manage your Apple ID and what information is linked to it: Manage and use your Apple ID - Apple Support

We hope this information is helpful. Cheers.
