iMessage

My dad just switched from a Samsung to a iPhone and now his messages won’t send how do I fix that

OK. This means that iMessage is not activated on his iPhone.

On the iPhone open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ iMessage: Ensure that this is set to ON.

Furthermore, review this guide published by Apple 👉 Setup Messages on iPhone.

If you are having difficulty activating iMessages then review this guide published by Apple 👉 If you can’t turn on or sign into iMessage or FaceTime.
