Refund request
Hi everyone, I’ve purchased an App name ‘Cam Translator’ but it did not work as expected. I asked Apple to refund and Apple approved my request showing the ‘refunded’ status on this web ‘https://reportaproblem.apple.com/status’. I made my refund request on September 13, 2022. The ‘funded’ status I received from Apple was on September 14, 2022. However, my bank account was charged because of this purchase on September 15, 2022. This can be interpreted that the Apple’s approval for refunding was invalid or ineffective. Would you please advice how this problem can be solved? Thanks in advance for your guidance.
