No apps or contacts transferred from iCloud restore?

all my photos transferred, my iwallet, but none of my apps or any of my contacts… how do I retrieve these ??

It sounds as though you've set up a new iPhone and applications and your contacts haven't transferred. If so, do you have access to your prior iPhone still or do you have a backup available from your prior device? If you still have access to your prior iPhone and it's still setup, you can erase your current device and use Quick Start to transfer your data over. These steps can be found in more detail via the link below.
Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad
If there's a backup from your prior iPhone available, you can restore that backup to your new device. It would need to be erased first before being able to restore to the backup. Before walking through those steps, use the link below to locate any available backups.

As for the contacts, do you recall if they're synced to iCloud or an email account? If so, you can re-enable the sync settings to retrieve those contacts on your iPhone. To enable sync for iCloud contacts, follow the steps listed below.
- Tap Settings.
- Followed by [your name/Apple ID].
- Tap iCloud.
- If running iOS 16, tap Show All, then tap the gray toggle next to Contacts. If you're running iOS 15 or early, tap the gray toggle next to Contacts.
