Sharing an app with family

I bought the DARE app and tried to share with my husband. I have him in family sharing but it does not seem to work..

Family sharing purchases I have an apple family sharing account, I’m the organiser (mum) My son purchased an app which supports family sharing (procreate dreams) and I want to share this with the rest of the family. I log on to his iPad, settings >family>sons account > purchases > sharing is turned on. When viewing sons settings from my family organiser account is says ‘purchases - not sharing’ when I click through it say ‘son shares purchases’ In the App Store I can not see sons app purchases. I restarted all the devices and still and no change. Any ideas before I smash 3 iPads with a hammer!

Family Sharing Does my family have to buy the app in order to Use family sharing? I added my family to family sharing and it seems like none of the apps I have purchased is available to them.

shared app won't show up on my daughter's phone I purchased an app and use Family Sharing but it won't move to her phone.
