Only messenger contacts show up when texting.
Each time I send a text, only messenger contacts show up instead of my text contacts?

If we are speaking about Messages on your iPhone, are you saying that you can't see any of your SMS contacts? Has restarting your iPhone addressed this issue, even temporarily? See: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
