Khoshimjonov,

Thanks for confirming. Next, install the latest available version of iOS since it is designed to fix issues and improve security.

Hello Khoshimjonov,

Thanks for posting here in Apple Communities. Have you tried restarting your iPhone since noticing this behavior? We ask because this could possibly address the issue you're facing: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

You'll also want to check that Background App Refresh is enabled for those apps that you use widgets for: Switch apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Use Background App Refresh

After you switch to a different app, some apps run for a short period of time before they're set to a suspended state. Apps that are in a suspended state aren’t actively in use, open, or taking up system resources. With Background App Refresh, suspended apps can check for updates and new content.
If you want suspended apps to check for new content, go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and turn on Background App Refresh. If you quit an app from the app switcher, it might not be able to run or check for new content before you open it again.

Kind regards.

Khoshimjonov,

Let us know, are you seeing old data, a blank space where the the widget should be or something else? Are you encountering any error messages?

We'd also like to have you temporarily delete any VPN or security software on your iPhone, restart your device and test the widgets again.

Lastly, if you have widgets on the Lock Screen or Today View, are they updating? That would help isolate whether this is happening on your Home Screen only.

Thanks.
