Can't update MacBook

I have no possibility to update my software. Now I have a version 10.12.6 and I have no new updates in App Store. I can't download anything from App Store, because I need a software 10.15. or later.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and depending on which MacBook Pro model you have, then on the download link for Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. It needs to be at least a 2012 one to run Catalina and the current versions of those applications.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.

Which exact Mac do you have?

Which SW do you need?

You want an Upgrade, not an Update... can be confusing before you know the diff. :)
