Apple ID payment method issues

Hello everyone,

So, I once signed up for a free trial of Grammarly app. I forgot to cancel before the due date and later cancelled a day after the renewal date.

Now that I’m trying to remove my payment details from my Apple ID, it’s not working. I’m guessing it’s because I forgot to cancel on time.

Initially I was signed up for the yearly plan which is N23,900 a year. I’m thinking of changing to the monthly plan which is N2,800 from the subscriptions tab in my Apple ID account. That way I’ll pay N2,800 instead of N23,900.

But I don’t know if I’ll still get charged the yearly plan amount when I fund my card with enough money.

Can anyone advise me on this please?
