Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Add multiple blank rows in numbers spreadsheet.

I want to insert a dozen blank rows between Categories in a Spending Summary that I have imported from Credit Card Site and sorted. I need room to add manually. Can I do it on my Mac? or My iPad?

How do I do an insert-paste from my clipboard? I usually use LibreOffice, which I find more intuitive, but I am trying to learn Numbers.

Thanks for any help.

If you are new to Numbers be sure to have a look at the User Guide at Help > Numbers Help in your menu. It's searchable.

Here I searched for 'insert' and found the first result to be helpful in learning how to insert rows.

To paste in values have you tried clicking a cell and typing command-v the way you would in LibreOffice and indeed most apps on the Mac?
