New Update on MacBook Air 2017 to Montery

After upgrading to Montery what does Apple say about why I continue to get pop ups requesting me to "login" from Keychain? icloud mostly, but

I get it for other files too.

iCloud Keychain for Chrome shows "This extension requires macOS Sonoma to be installed" when Sonoma is installed When I try to load the iCloud Keychain for Chrome extension it shows me "This extension requires macOS Sonoma to be installed". I am running macOS Sonoma 14.0 (23A344). I have tried removing and re-adding the extension, using a different profile on Chrome, and even installing Google Chrome Beta, nothing works. It does work on another MacBook of mine on the same Google Chrome profile. Has anyone seen anything like this?
