Apple ID Locked
I was trying to update the Youtube app but a pop up appeared, saying "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase." and asked for my password to continue. As I entered my password, I was told that my Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. To unlock it, I had to verify my identity. It told me to enter my trusted phone number to continue but the two digits at the end aren't the same as mine. I have tried to restart my phone, checked the billing address but it still won't work. Did someone make a change to my phone and how to fix this?
