Assuming you are on iOS 16:
When your lockscreen appears, HARD PRESS it and it will minimize with an option appearing called Customize.
Tape Customize
Tap the box around your date and time
You'll then see options to choose a different font and color
Once you've chosen the font and/or color, tap Done
