Anyone else have files in Notes app deleted or wiped?

With iOS16 update, every one of my devices have had every file in Notes disappear. Why. And how do I get them all back?

Notes folder empty has anyone else noticed that after the update to iOS you're missing contents of notes folders? One of my notes folders is now completely empty without me ever deleting anything.

Settings, [your name], iCloud, turn on Notes

if they don't come back

Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com – Apple Support (UK)
