Hi CarKart,

If Transparency mode is not working as expected, you can try to adjust some of the settings as seen in Customize Transparency mode for AirPods Pro (all generations):

"When your AirPods Pro are connected to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you can reduce the amount of ambient noise you hear in Transparency mode. (iOS 15.1, iPadOS 15.1, or later required.)

  1. Wear your AirPods, and make sure they’re connected to your device.
  2. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings  > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations, and make sure Headphone Accommodations is turned on.
  3. Tap Transparency Mode, turn on Custom Transparency Mode, then turn on Ambient Noise Reduction.
  4. Drag the slider to adjust how much ambient noise to block in Transparency mode."

If it continues, Contact Apple Support or use this Get Support link for assistance.

Take care.
