The battery icon on top of the screen indicates the battery is charging when plugged in, but the battery charge percentage next to it keeps dropping. When I check the battery health, it indicates 'normal.' Suggestions? Thanks.

The battery icon at the top of the screen has the 'lightening bolt' indication that it is charging when plugged in, but charge percentage next to it keeps dropping. Battery health check indicates 'normal'. Any thoughts, ideas. suggestions? Thanks!

Is optimized battery charging active?



Are you not using the right power adapter?
