Why have some got the 16.0.2 updates several days ago, while I still have 16.0?
Are there difference between iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max iOS?
Is that the reason for the delay in available update?
I’m asking because I experience camera issues with iPhone 14 Pro Max and iOS 16.0.

No, there is no difference. I am on the iPhone 13 and got the update, such as my friend on his SE, and my mom on her XR .
If you don't see the update please try and reboot your iPhone.

Update your iPhone using a Mac with macOS Catalina or higher
On a Mac with macOS Catalina or higher, you will use the finder in order to upgrade your iPhone. Make sure to Back up your device before starting the upgrade process.

Update your iPhone via a Mac running macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a Windows PC
On macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a windows machine, we won't use the Finder to upgrade your iOS
Instead, we will use iTunes. Make sure to Back up your device before doing any update or upgrade to your phone.
