New 14" M1 Max Mac Book Pro

Anyone notice sharp decline in batery life on the new 14" M1 Max Mac Book Pro while editing in Final Cut Pro on the device's battery power alone (no wall charger) thats similoar to the battery performance attached (a 3 month old m1 max mac book pro holding charge for only 3 hours from 100% to 12% drop in just 3 hrs while working on final cut pro editing only)?
