Bad user experience - Third party apps call logs are spamming my Iphones call log

Third party apps call logs are spamming my Iphones call log

How can I stop all third party apps from spamming the phone call logs.

Teams, Whatspap, Skype all filling up the logs and it is preventing me finding critical phone calls.

These are not phone calls, they are conference calls or messages, and each records them in their own apps anyway.

Why are these duplicated in my PHONE CALL logs?
