iPhone 7 Plus Unavailable

To all iPhone subject matter expert,

I have an iPhone 7 Plus that I have been using and contains very precious pictures/videos of kids growing up as well as pictures of late family members. IPhone has been well kept all these years, used daily, and in top shape but unfortunately pictures/videos was not backed up on computer or iCloud.

Recently, the iPhone got dropped and the screen cracked badly. While still in shock and disbelief, I picked up the phone and noticed screen is doing random keypresses without me even touching the screen. That goes on for a long while I contemplated what to do and I didn't think of nor I know at the time how to turn off iPhone 7 Plus with a cracked screen.

I have the screen replaced now but the iPhone is showing "iPhone Unavailable" and only have a button for "Emergency". It would not recognize fingerprint nor offer me the unlock screen to enter my unlock passcode. I connect the iPhone to computer looking to "import pictures from USB" within computer Photo apps or iTune and both ways do not recognize the device....probably because it is unlocked.

I like to check with the community given the situation, is there a way I can get the unlock screen or fingerprint to work one more time now that the screen is fixed? At this point, I am just looking to recover the data which is very important.

I have looked up resources on the internet and all seem to point to recovering from "iPhone Unavailable" by wiping the phone clean and recover data from iCloud or backup. Those would not work with my case.

Is it something Apple store or any of the authorized can help me with? If I have to pursue data recovering given the circumstances, what are my options and would the community have used service that is trustworthy/reputable so I can get the data back?

Would deeply appreciate any pointers on this to help get me out of this bind.
