i had gotten a i phone 11 i had an apple watch before i reset it to factory mode because it was connected to my old phone witch i didnt remember my old apple ID or password so it said its disable for sercurty reason and to enter my old apple id and passwork and i dont rememeber it can you help me

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
