@Londyn24 you can use iTunes from your MacBook Air , but first you need to download the latest iOS version for your device

Wavemandaniel’s response is incorrect in several ways.

• iTunes has not been available on the Mac for several years - numerous MacOS versions.
• Again, there is no way to upgrade an iPhone 7 beyond iOS 15.7.

The iPhone 7, released by Apple in 2016, cannot be updated beyond iOS 15.7.
