How do I turn off voicemail notifications permanently on iPhone 14?

I have de-activated the service provider voicemail long long time ago, I am 1st time user of iphone 14 pro max, the voicemail notification always poop up when I switch the phone on, how to permanently get rit of it?

Since Voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service, contact them and explain your problem.
