How can I add card in wallet app. I’m unable to add the card it shows a pop up for learn more but it isn’t allowing to add the card

Verify that BOTH your region and your card issuer support ApplePay.

Troubleshooting Apple Wallet:

Are you saying that a card as a method of payment is "declined"? If so, go here: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
