I am looking to upgrade to the new iPhone 14 pro but it would not arrive until October 18th~, when would my trade in kit arrive for trading in my old phone? Would that 14 day timeline start when I receive the trade in kit? What happens if I receive the trade in kit well before my new phone shows up?
Your trade in kit will arrive around the same time you get your new iPhone and the 14 days starts when you get the kit.

Sorry to hijack someone else's thread. I need some further clarity as to when the timeline starts because the iphone arrived 4 days after the trade-in kit. The earliest I can drop off the old iphone at Fedex is 15 days after the trade-in kit arrived or 11 days afrer the device arrived. Should I even bother with the trade-in?
Apple needs to receive it within 14 days after your new device arrives and that includes approx 1 week for shipping ground.
