Iphone 13 pro max screen white problem

I have got an iPhone 13 pro max as a gift by my cousin from Korea. phone was totally fine until i update it to iOS 16. after updating my iPhone it appears some horizontal lines on my phone. after few days my screen become fully white and now i cant use it at all.

my iPhone has apple care warranty remaining until 2022-10-30. since I'm in Sri Lanka I cant find any apple stores here. I want to know whether i can claim my apple care warranty from a Singapore apple store.
