Keyboard does not work when I use bluetooth

Hi,

I have a problem with a keyboard on my phone. I am electrical wheelchair user so I connected my phone with Permobil Joystick Module using bluetooth. My phone has a newest updates IOS 16. When I try to write something on my phone keyboard does not working. When I disconnected bluetooth then keyboard is working. How I can use the keyboard when I used bluetooth?

I try restart my phone. Also I try renewing general settings, nothing helps. I can used just a mouse on my phone.
