i forgot my password to open my MacBook Pro. It locked me out. Is there a way to just open safari or google so the Geek Squad can help me over the phone? I have a recovery key number but it won’t work. I tried changing my password but it just kept asking me for the same ?’s over and over.. nothing happened. Thank you
